- RATES
All rates quoted are in US dollars and do not include
Maine tax.
- MULTIPLE NIGHT
RESERVATIONS
A 50% deposit on multiple night bookings if the
reservation is made more than 14 days in advance of
arrival date. Bookings made less than 14 days prior to
the arrival date will be charged in full at time of
reservation. The balance of payment is due upon arrival.
- SINGLE NIGHT
RESERVATIONS
All single night reservations are paid in full at time
of booking.
- DEPOSITS
Deposits may be paid by visa, MasterCard or check.
Please do not send cash in the mail.
- CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 3:00 PM
Check-out time is 11:00 AM
- CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 14 days in advance of the
scheduled arrival date can receive a refund, less a $25
processing fee.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours, but less than 14
days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, will
forfeit their deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the
arrival date are responsible for full payment unless we
are able to fill the room.
- HOLIDAYS
Holiday weekends may
require a 2 or 3 night stay.

MINIMUM STAY
Two night minimum stay on selected holidays &
weekends.

DISCOUNTS
Discounts are available for extended stays.

METHODS
MasterCard, Visa & Personal checks are accepted.

SMOKING
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is
permitted outdoors only.

PETS
The inn has a small friendly dog and 2 cats in
residence and we are a pet friendly B&B. Please consider
this when you make a reservation at our facility. No
refunds will be issued due to the presence of our pets
or our guest's pets.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
1.
All
rooms are subject to availability and reservations
are required.
2. Tell the innkeeper you are using a
Farmer's Porch B&B Gift Certificate when making your
reservation. 3. All stated
policy & restrictions apply including
deposit, minimum stay & cancellation policies.
4. Be
sure to check with our innkeeper at the time of
reservation.
5.
Certificates must be presented at check in.
6.
Certificates are issued in dollar amounts.
7. You are
responsible for paying for all charges above the
face amount of your certificate.
8. Please check with the innkeeper before using
your certificate. No cash refunds will be given.
9. If your stay is LESS than the certificate
amount you may use your credit balance as follows:
 to enjoy a future getaway at the
Farmer's Porch B&B or
towards a purchase at The Farmer's
Porch Gift Shop
- DISCLAIMER
Rates are based on the
number of persons, travel dates, length of stay, and are
subject to change. Certain times of the year may require
a 2 night stay for advanced reservations, especially
weekends. Some events, holiday weekends, or peak seasons
may require a 3 night stay.
