The Kennebec/ Androscoggin/ Lakes Region of Maine is famous for it's thick-wooded mountains, crystal-clear lakes & many historical attractions. Hiking & Backpacking
Monument Hill - North Rd, Leeds, ME - Short wooded hike to a monument dedicated to civil war soldiers from Leeds. Fine views of Androscoggin Lake & the White Mountains. Base to summit is 3/4 mile. Elevation gain is 200 ft.
Note - This hiking trail is only a short walk from us!
